Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of motorcycles, ensuring every bike leaves the shop safe, reliable, and ready for the road. You will also provide expert advice to customers and assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on motorcycles of various makes and models

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, recommending solutions to customers

• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders efficiently

• Assist in installing aftermarket parts and accessories

• Ensure the shop and tools are clean, organized, and safe

• Collaborate with sales staff to support customer needs and provide technical advice

• Stay up-to-date on the latest motorcycle technologies, tools, and repair techniques

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a motorcycle technician, mechanic, or similar role

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with motorcycle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical)

• Ability to read service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license; motorcycle license is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
